Rent, deposit and availability are shown for each home. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

A reservation becomes binding only once the deposit has been paid and confirmed in writing. The detailed terms of the tenancy are set out in the specific contract.

We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or cancel a reservation if the information is incorrect or the home is no longer available.

A booked viewing can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge — simply let us know in good time at info@adaybolig.dk or +45 98 12 55 55.

Terms for refunding a deposit when cancelling a reservation are set out in the specific rental agreement.

We strive to keep all information about homes — images, video, measurements and prices — accurate and up to date. Minor variations may occur, and the final home may differ from what is shown.
