These terms apply to your use of adaybolig.dk, operated by aday bolig ApS.
Using the service
adaybolig.dk lets you view available homes, save favourites, ask questions, book a viewing and reserve a home. An account is free and for personal use. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Property information
We strive to keep property information correct and up to date, but we accept no liability for errors, changes or homes that are already let. The information does not constitute a binding offer.
Reservation and tenancy
A reservation is a time-limited, non-binding hold on a home and is not a tenancy agreement. A tenancy is only created when a lease is signed. The specific terms are set out in each lease.
Liability
aday bolig ApS is not liable for indirect losses or for circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under Danish law, including the Danish Rent Act.

Privacy Policy
aday bolig ApS ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data we receive when you use adaybolig.dk, create an account, contact us or enter into a tenancy.

What we process
- Contact details: name, email, phone number and address.
- Account details: email, encrypted password and your saved favourite homes.
- For tenancies: information needed for the lease and payment, including identification where the law requires it.
- Technical data: IP address and site usage via cookies (see our cookie policy).
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to:
- create and manage your account and show your favourites (consent and performance of a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)),
- respond to enquiries and arrange viewings (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)),
- enter into and manage leases (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)),
- comply with our legal obligations, including bookkeeping and anti-money-laundering law (art. 6(1)(c)).
Disclosure
We only share your data where necessary, e.g. with data processors (hosting, email and payment), with a landlord in connection with a specific tenancy, or with public authorities where the law requires it. Processors act only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as you have an account and as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose or a legal requirement. Accounting records are kept for 5 years. An account can be deleted on request.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected or erased,
- object to or request restriction of processing,
- receive your data (data portability),
- withdraw a consent at any time.
