14 days — not 3 months
Danish rental law lets landlords demand 3 months' notice, a 3-month deposit and prepaid rent on top. We chose not to: with us, notice is as short as 14 days, and deposit and prepaid rent are 0 kr. on most homes.
Switch homes with 1 week's notice
Something entirely new in the market: if the home no longer fits your life, switch to another of our homes with just one week's notice. Your freedom moves with you.
Furnished, ready — and with service
Move in with a suitcase — furniture, tableware, lighting and décor included. Our own staff handle cleaning and repairs, and you can experience the home digitally before you arrive.
