The apartment is located on the ground floor of a classic red-brick building on Lollandsgade in central Aalborg. The bright main room features large, tall windows facing the street, flooding the space with natural light, and light wooden floors that run throughout the apartment.

The separate kitchen is practically fitted with fixed white cabinets, a hob, oven, refrigerator and ample worktop space. The bathroom is tiled in white and teal, featuring a spacious glass shower enclosure, a vanity unit and a round LED mirror.

The building offers parking in the courtyard and is conveniently close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
