Flexible terms – only 14 days' notice, and you can switch to another of our apartments with just 1 week's notice, giving you maximum freedom.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of Lollandsgade in Aalborg and measures 43 m². The space is defined by a large, multi-pane window that draws in generous natural light and offers views of the green surroundings outside. Light walls and light wood flooring throughout create an open, welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen runs along one wall and features white cabinets, a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and extractor hood. The bathroom is compact and functional, with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit and an LED mirror. From the apartment, there is access to a shared green courtyard with bicycle racks and an apple tree.

The apartment is non-smoking and has radiator heating. The building benefits from shared outdoor areas and is centrally located in Aalborg, with good public transport connections and everyday amenities nearby.
