The 53 m² apartment is located on Lollandsgade in Aalborg and offers a bright, open room with large windows providing excellent natural light. A round porthole-style window adds an architectural touch and gives the apartment extra character. The floors are finished in light wood, and the walls are painted white, creating a fresh and spacious feel.

The separate kitchen is well laid out with white cabinets, worktop, hob, oven, fridge and microwave. Directly from the kitchen area there is access to the bathroom, which is fully tiled floor to ceiling with a shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin with under-cabinet storage and a lit mirror.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to Aalborg city centre, with good public transport links and nearby shopping.
