The apartment on Kattesundet is situated on the first floor of a classic Aalborg building, featuring traditional windows that fill the white, spacious rooms with abundant natural light. The open living area offers space for both a lounge and dining zone, connected to a practical kitchen via a semi-open layout with a wooden shelf divider.

The kitchen comes with full built-in fixtures including an oven, refrigerator, washing machine and countertop dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to a yellow-tiled entrance hall connecting the remaining rooms. The bedroom is a separate room with its own window and ample space.

The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, washbasin and shower. The apartment is centrally located in Aalborg, within easy walking distance of the pedestrian zone, shops and city life.
